The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing
advisories on Tropical Depression Carlos, centered about 1600 miles
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Carlos is expected to dissipate
east of 140W over the next several days.
No tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
