For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane
Felicia, located over the far southwestern region of the basin, and
on Tropical Storm Guillermo, located several hundred miles
west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
