  • Eastern Pacific – Hurricane Fernanda (CAT 4); Disturbance 1 – High (70%); Disturbance 2 – Low (30%)
  • Central Pacific – No tropical cyclones expected next 48 hours
  • Western Pacific – No activity affecting U.S. interests

Significant Weather: 

  • Flash flooding possible – Southwest and the Southeast to the Mid-Atlantic
  • Elevated to Critical Fire Weather conditions – Pacific Northwest to the Northern Plains
  • Isolated to Scattered Dry Thunderstorms – Central Great Basin, Northern Intermountain, Northern Rockies and Northern Plains
  • Space Weather – Past 24 hours: Minor, geomagnetic storms reaching G1 level occurred; next 24 hours: moderate, geomagnetic storms reaching G2 level expected
