Tropical Activity:
• Atlantic –Subtropical Storm Leslie; Tropical Disturbance Kirk; Disturbances 1 / 2: Medium (40% / 50%)
• Eastern Pacific –  Disturbance 1: High (90%); Disturbance 2: Low (30%)
• Central Pacific – Tropical cyclone activity is not expected during next 48 hours
• Western Pacific – No activity affecting U.S. interests

Significant Weather:
• Flash flooding possible – Lower Mississippi Valley to Tennessee & Ohio valleys
• Critical & Elevated fire weather – CA, OR, UT, CO, & WY
• Isolated Dry Thunderstorms – CO & WY Rockies
• Red Flag Warnings – CA, OR, UT, CO, & WY
