Central Pacific – No tropical cyclones expected through early Friday evening
Western Pacific – Tropical Storm 21W (Chaba)

Significant Weather:

Flash flooding possible – Mid-Atlantic to Great Lakes
Rain and thunderstorms – central & southern CA; Northern Intermountain/Northern Rockies to Southwest/Southern Rockies; Northern Plains; Middle Mississippi Valley to Great Lakes and Southeast to Mid-Atlantic
Rain and snow – higher elevations of Northern and Central Rockies
Elevated Fire Weather – None
