WASHINGTON – FEMA announced that federal aid has been made available to the state of Louisiana to supplement state and local response efforts in the areas affected by Tropical Storm Barry on July 10, 2019, and continuing.The President's action authorizes FEMA to provide appropriate assistance for required emergency measures, authorized under Title V of the Robert T.
