Nonprofit Samaritan’s Purse aims to get 1,000 families back home

AUSTIN, Texas — When Ervin Lassiter’s neighborhood was ravaged by a tornado in April 2011, members of the nonprofit Samaritan’s Purse were among the first faces he saw. “My home was hit on a Saturday evening. If You Haven’t Heard from Your Insurance Carrier, Best to Register with FEMA
