ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Mon Jul 20 2020 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center has initiated advisories on newly formed Tropical Depression Seven-E, located more than a thousand miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. A low pressure system located about 850 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula continues to show signs of organization, and recent satellite-derived wind data indicate that the low is producing winds just below tropical storm force. Environmental conditions are conducive for additional development, and a tropical depression or tropical storm is likely to form during the next day or two while the low moves west-southwestward and then westward at 10 to 15 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...high...70 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...high...90 percent.
