South of Southwestern Mexico: A trough of low pressure is producing disorganized shower and thunderstorm activity just off the coast of southwestern Mexico. Some slow development of this system is possible while the disturbance moves slowly west-northwestward near the coast of southwestern Mexico during the next few days. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent. 2. 2.
