For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:
The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing
advisories on Hurricane Felicia, located about 1500 miles east of
Hilo, Hawaii. Felicia is forecast to move into the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center area of responsibility by Tuesday night as a
tropical storm.
Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
Public Advisories on Hurricane Felicia are issued under WMO header
WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1. Forecast Advisories
on Hurricane Felicia are issued under WMO header WTPZ21 KNHC and
