Flood Recovery Reaches Milestone BATON ROUGE, La. — More than 2,000 households have made strides in their recovery and moved out of FEMA Manufactured Housing Units to more permanent housing. About 4,500 eligible households were licensed into MHUs after the August 2016 floods.Ascension, East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes account for a majority of households in MHUs.
